Answers from your own records

When the evidence is thin, Decis says so.

Every answer is organized into a conclusion, evidence, interpretation, next action, and data coverage. When samples are small or findings show only correlation, the answer says so.

  • Five sections from conclusion through data coverage
  • Sample limits and correlation stated in the answer
  • Dates reviewed and missing records kept visible

Review my sleep, recovery, training, and calendar from the last four weeks, then plan next week's training and recovery

Decis analysis

Next week, consider keeping hard sessions to Tuesday and Friday and protecting recovery on the other days. Training load rose over the last four weeks, while sleep and HRV did not recover at the same pace.

  • Average sleep fell from 7h 18m to 6h 41m, while bedtime variability widened from 48m to 1h 26m.
  • Your 7-day HRV averaged 45ms, 12% below your 51ms baseline, and resting heart rate was 3bpm higher.
  • Hard sessions increased from two to four per week; HRV averaged 8ms lower after the second hard session of each week.
  • Late Tuesday and Thursday events pushed bedtime back by 52 minutes on average, while next-day logged workout duration was 18 minutes shorter.

The records give stronger support for adjusting recovery spacing and sleep regularity before adding more training. The same next-day dip repeatedly followed late events combined with hard training. This is an association, not proof of causation; illness, alcohol, and unrecorded stress may also contribute.

For next week, consider placing 45–60 minute quality sessions on Tuesday and Friday, and changing Thursday to 30 minutes of easy aerobic work and mobility. On days with late events, consider moving training to the morning and compare the result with next-day HRV and sleep.
